Care Farming

Spending time on the farm surrounded by tranquility, nature and animals can have a significant impact on both physical and mental health. This is why we are opening our farm to pre-booked visitors to share the therapeutic benefits of farming practices. The farm staff are experienced in working with people of all ages and varying needs.

Care Organisation Visits

Groups of visitors from care organisations are invited to join us on the farm for a fun, hands-on learning experience.

We will come together to;

We can tailor activities or environmental lessons to meet the needs of each group.

Please bear in mind that this is a working farm and on the day of your visit organised activities will take into account the weather, the seasons and what is happening on the farm at the time of the visit.


Work Experience on the farm. 

We are welcoming people with learning disabilities and additional needs to join us on the farm to participate in a variety of seasonal and routine farm tasks. Priced per person per hour, reduced rate for regular groups. 

Farm jobs may include; 

You will work alongside our qualified farm staff, have a program of tailor made activities and use of our purpose built farm facilities. Farm staff will help each service user to grow in confidence and develop new skills.
